- Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on the selected shipping method and destination.
Please note that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons and promotional events.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall estimated delivery time combines both processing and shipping periods.

Shipping Delays

Undelivered Packages

Incorrect Addresses

Duties & Taxes

- Encavy is not liable for customs fees if the package is rejected by the recipient or if delivery fails after multiple attempts.
